Instructions
- Fill pellet hopper on the Yoder YS640S with BBQ’r Delight pecan (or your flavor of choice)
- Preheat the grill to 450 degrees
Remove the 2 piece diffuser plate and install the Grill Grates for direct heat - Quarter the onions
Spray the vegetables (8 large tomatoes, 1 medium onion, and 2 jalapeños) with Duck Fat Spray - Place all vegetables directly on the Grill Grates, grill over direct heat for 20-30 minutes at 450 degrees
- Once all the vegetables have a good charred outside, pull them and let them rest
- In a food processor, mix ¾ cub vegetable broth, ½ cup cilantro (chopped), 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp lemon juice with all the vegetables and process until you reach the desired consistency (note: if youre using a smaller processor just portion as needed and mix all in a bowl when finished)
- Add Meat Church Holy Voodoo to season for taste
- Enjoy and refrigerate your leftovers!
