- Big Green egg xl, conveggtor, meater+, Meat Church honey hog,
- Brine the turkey with Meat Church Bird Bath Brine.
- Remove the turkey, pat it down, then rub down with garlic herb butter and
- Meat Church Honey hog.
- Preheat the egg to 300-350 with the conveggtor installed.
- Install the Meater+ thermometer and place the turkey on the egg.
- Cook the turkey to an internal temp of 160, then pull and tent with foil to rest.
- Slice and enjoy!
