This is one TOP NOTCH company.!! Fantastic FAST work. Beautiful result. Eric and Delinda are the best. Constant communication throughout the project. There were no delays. I had a plain uncovered patio. Just a small 7x18 concrete slab. Now I have a 12x18 covered patio with a ceiling fan, 4 recessed lights and a textured floor!! I can sit outside and watch tv during the rain if I want. I cannot express how happy I am with how this turned out! And they made the process so easy! FANTASTIC!

We are absolutely thrilled with the outdoor kitchen that Creekstone just finished installing. From start to finish, communication was excellent. If we ever had any questions or concerns, all it took was a text or email to Eric or Delinda and they were on it. We made several changes through the process and Eric always listened and helped us decide the best way to get exactly what we wanted. The crew was always respectful and at the end of the job clean up was better than expected. We are so excited and can’t wait to take full advantage of all the features of our new outdoor area.

Creekstone Outdoors is a great company to work with. Their staff, JR, Achilles, and Delinda, are the best at what they do. Their communication and attention to detail was much appreciated. The owner, Sam was even involved in making sure that we were happy with our project. If you ever have a need for that dream backyard, call the team at Creekstone and they will take great care of you.

Super helpful and friendly. They talked me through all my outdoor grill needs, walked me through the pros and cons of each natural gas grill, and helped me decide what grill was best for my budget without being overly pushy or pointing me to their most expensive products. They even advised me on what material I should use to build my outdoor kitchen even though I decided to subcontract the build myself.

We wanted to put in an outdoor kitchen, which we had plumbed for when we built our house.We spoke to a number of companies and chose Creekstone because 1)their designer listened to what we wanted and provide a plan to meet all of our needs, 2) they could provide us with a line item detail of costs prior to beginning the project, and 3) because of the selection of appliances and outdoor fixtures the offered.Finally, really the best part was, what they promised, they delivered and we love our outdoor space!

We recently had our pool installed by Creekstone Outdoor Living. Let me tell you, this company is top notch! From the initial design phase with Sam and Ryan, to the construction phase with JR and Delinda, Creekstone provided impeccable service and responded to any and all requests in a very timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a new pool or outdoor kitchen addition. I honestly don't have enough good things to say about the team at Creekstone, just amazing. My family couldn't be happier!!

I purchased an XL Big Green Egg from Creekstone and it was a fantastic experience. The staff here is super friendly and knowledgeable. I had several questions about the equipment and they took the time to walk me through everything from basic usage to pro tips and tricks. The store itself is super clean and they have a great selection of high quality items. Highly recommended!

Creekstone did an amazing job with my pool and patio cover project! Sam and his entire team were an absolute pleasure to work with, and their attention to detail is second to none. Everyone at Creekstone was very involved, attentive and accomodating throughout the entire design and construction process. From answering all of our questions, offering design ideas, helping with material selections, and executing the construction, they made us feel like we were the most important clients they had. They put in a lot of effort to make the patio cover look like it was built with the house and then incorporated the pool into the design seamlessly, and the attention to detail is amazing. Any time we had an issue during construction, they were very fast to address it and kept the project moving to completion. I can't recommend Creekstone highly enough for your pool and patio projects!

This store is over the top amazing.they all are willing to help when needed and are all very sweet people.no one in this world could possibly do better then they have !i love creekstone so much .and will always be the first people to go to when I need help with a grill or pool.i just love the place so much! So long review, but we’ll worth the read! 7 years ago we started our back yard project that consisted of 3 stages. Pool, outdoor kitchen and covered space. Sam Hickey was awesome! He took the time to work with our pool builder to make sure that the concrete patio was poured correctly to accomodat our future projects that were a year to two years off. He was there on-site when they poured the concrete to insure it was done correctly.When it came time to do our outdoor space, my wife and I had a litany of wants (which Sam met all of without exception) and one overarching must have! We told Sam that above all, we wanted the new space to look like it’s always been there, and needless to say, Sam and this team knocked it out of the park!At the end of that day, Sam and his team deliver a quality product on time for a reasonable price. THEY DO THINGS RIGHT!Believe me, you will be glad that went with Sam and Creekstone!

Creekstone Outdoor Living just finished our outdoor kitchen. We are so pleased with everything. From start to finish, it took about 5 weeks. They took care of everything, plans, HOA paperwork, brickwork, electrical, plumbers, appliances, etc. Their professionalism and work ethic was above and beyond our expectations. We had a project manager, JR, assigned to us and he was available 24/7. He addressed everything we needed before asked. We just can’t say enough about how great our experience was with Creekstone! Thank you all!!

This place is great, super knowledgeable and very friendly. I went in and bought some stuff for the backyard and dropped my credit card in the parking lot. The owner found it and returned it directly to my house. Great guys!!!

I filled out an inquiry form, looking for a grill cover. The owner, Sam, called me a couple hours later to ask me what I needed...and then to tell me he could get it. Then, when I told him I would buy it, he suggested that I get it locally and save shipping cost. After such great service, I wanted to give the sale, as small it might have been, to him. Such great service for such a small sale, I bet it only gets better for something substantial. Really impressed.

We used Creekstone Outdoor living to add an outdoor kitchen and expand an outdoor living area. It was a large project and required some extra planning as it was done on a downward sloping grade. In collecting bids from other companies I could sense the hesitation in even taking on the project due to the grade. Sam's team includes a professional designer and Sam himself, to give ideas and suggestions custom to your budget and needs. On more than one occasion Creekstone's team made a suggestion that not only resulted in a better design but saved money in the budget as well. The communication with the project was A+, the design outstanding, and the craftsmanship exceptional. The company now also had a store that provides a design center and all the elements that goes into an outdoor kitchen/living area. I highly suggest to stop by and take a look it, from my own due diligence there is no other store in all of Houston like it. We will post pictures of the project at a later date.
