beer glazed beef ribs

Do you love smoked beef ribs as we do? They have an amazing flavor and lusciousness that no other cuts can match. This recipe is my favorite and I’m happy to share it with you.

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 Rack Short Ribs, 3-4 bones, and 5-6 pounds
  • 1 Teaspoon Kosher Salt
  • ½ Tablespoon Black Paper
  • 6 Garlic Cloves
  • 1 Bottle Dark Beer

Instructions

Remove the membrane from your ribs. Preheat your EGG grill to 265°F/130°C and set it up for the indirect cooking. Dip a brush in the olive oil and coat your ribs with it. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic.

Put the ribs on the EGG grill with the meat side up and cook for two hours. Flip the ribs and cook for another hour. There will be a nice crust on the ribs. Next, pour your beer into the shallow pan and put the ribs to the pan. Cover it with foil and put the ribs back for 3 more hours. After three hours, the ribs are ready to eat! Cut the ribs into bones and serve whole. They are great without any sauce but you can also add a barbecue sauce.
